Own and manage product backlog, sprint cycles, and release planningTranslate business needs into user stories and technical requirementsDrive product adoption through data analysis and continuous iterationCollaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and customer success teamsConduct market research, competitor analysis, and user validationWork closely with data science teams to integrate AI opportunitiesTrack performance using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or FullStoryEnsure intuitive product design and seamless user experienceAlign product strategy with customer workflows and market needs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Manager should have:
7-10 years in product management, including B2B SaaS exposureStrong experience managing Scrum teams and product lifecycleSkilled in product analytics and data-driven decision-makingGood understanding of AI concepts and product integration opportunitiesStrong technical acumen (APIs, system architecture basics)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to drive product outcomes and mentor teams
