Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining the product vision, roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery.
- Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into scalable product solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to develop and launch platform capabilities in payments, wallets, lending, and merchant ecosystems.
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap using agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Define and monitor product performance metrics, utilizing data and analytics to drive product enhancements and growth.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation to improve customer experience and platform capabilities.
Qualifications Required
- Strong background in product management within banking, fintech, payments, or digital financial platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and bring products from concept to launch and scaling.
- Experience in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and agile delivery processes.
- Proficiency in translating customer insights and market trends into product features and capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data and metrics to guide product decisions.
- Familiarity with digital payments ecosystems, credit cards, wallets, merchant solutions, lending platforms, or financial infrastructure.
