Revenue Management and RNR:
- Drive revenue growth through product innovation and strategic initiatives.
- Drive RNR for the Insurance Business
Partner management:
- Collaborate with insurance partners for product design, pricing, and performance tracking.
MIS & Automation:
- Visualise and Develop various MIS and automation opportunities.
Team Training:
- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on new and existing products.
Must Have Skills:
- Should have worked in LI / GI Company or Insurance product team in wealth houses / banks
Good to Have Skills:
The role involves managing and growing the Insurance Product for the Wealth business and managing the product end to end The role also entails managing all the insurance partners on Life and General Insurance .
