Job Description:- Collaborate and work closely with R&D; and NPD teams to design and develop New Products. Launch of current products with support from the Marketing team. PMs to regularly gather market intelligence and update on competitors performance etc. Work with Marketing & Sales teams for Packaging (including new packaging development), Pricing and Promotion Schemes to grow the business. PMs will work with the E-Commerce Team for Sales Growth of respective product lines in the E-Commerce channel both in India and abroad. PMs to support Sales & Marketing on Participation of Exhibitions/Trade shows/Seminar etc. Work with the Engineering Team on Capex to propose and launch new product lines. Finalization of plant & Machinery (Greenfiled or Outsourced) Work with Sourcing to reduce input cost, including Packaging cost reduction. Participate with Sourcing & Engineering on Cost Optimization negotiation meeting with Vendors and Ancillaries. Product Managers and Strategic Alliance Teams will work together to Develop Large Account Customers and coordinate activities such as plant visits of customers, Pricing and presentations to secure the business. Technical & Professional Knowledge required:- B Tech (Mechanical) and or Specialization in Hand Tool. Exposure to Cutting Tools, Abrasives, Hand Tools, Construction tools, etc. A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience. Active Collaboration. Drive Results & Purpose-Led Transformation.
