Build deep expertise on orthopedic instrument product lines, clinical applications, and procedural workflows to effectively position solutions in the market.
Understand key competitors, their product offerings, strengths, and weaknesses, and translate market intelligence into actionable commercial strategies.
Partner closely with Sales, Medical Education, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance customer engagement and drive product adoption.
Develop sales enablement tools, clinical messaging, communication materials, and training content to support commercial excellence.
Monitor business performance, pricing strategy, market share, and key performance indicators, and provide regular insights to leadership teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing Communications to support business cases, product evaluations, clinical evidence generation, and portfolio optimization.
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 4 & maximum 8 years of professional experience with at least 2+ years in Medical Devices, Orthopedics, Healthcare Marketing, Product Management, or a related commercial role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience supporting orthopedic surgeons, operating room environments, or orthopedic implant/instrument portfolios.
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret market data and convert insights into growth strategies.
Ability to articulate clinical and economic value propositions to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
Experience in product launches, portfolio management, pricing analysis, and sales force enablement.
