Role Overview
Employee Forums is seeking a full-time, on-site Product Manager/Senior Product Manager specializing in Payments in the Banking and Payments industry in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment solutions tailored to the banking and financial industry. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product features, ensure seamless product delivery, conduct market research, analyze trends, and address user needs. Monitoring product performance, implementing improvements, and ensuring alignment with business goals will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment solutions in the banking and financial industry.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to define product features and ensure seamless delivery.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and address user needs.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on Payments in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, solutions, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.

- Experience with relevant tools and technologies for product development and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
