Product Marketing and Marketing Support

Roles and Responsibilty: Develop and implement marketing strategies to support brand, product and sales objectives Understanding of the distribution channel and aligning the marketing approach, objective and calendar with the same Perform competition benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement through material available offline, trainings, sales pitches, new creatives or any new events taking place in the market. Handle new product launches, their UI/UX, communications, marketing collaterals, trainings etc. Develop insights through market research as and when needed. Plan and execute agent campaigns, events, and promotions to boost product visibility and engagement Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Work with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, and finance) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals. Since this role involves co-ordination with all stakeholders, this is a complete in-office role. Be a single point of contact from Brand Marketing for all Product Marketing & Marketing Support related activities. Key Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies - particularly in the context of Insurance.
