Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Owner & IT Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze requirements, manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products in an Agile workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Prepare BRD, FRD, PRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flow documents.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Coordinate product releases, UAT, defect tracking, and post-release support.
Conduct client demos, stakeholder meetings, and project status updates.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining project and product documentation.
Leverage AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
