Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the BFA solution for assigned entities, ensuring adherence to global standards and the overarching BFA framework.
- Provide essential business oversight of functional requirements, validate user stories, and ensure development work aligns with the BFA roadmap and strategic objectives.
- Own and manage the delivery workflow, drive prioritization, backlog refinement, and sprint planning for all BFA delivery items.
- Coordinate across workstreams to ensure consistency in reporting and enrichment logic critical for the integrity of the global financial framework.
- Work closely with FinOps, Data Operations, and SMEs to ensure standardized design and execution protocols are followed.
- Proactively monitor progress, resolve delivery risks, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders regarding project status and potential impacts.
- Utilize your experience in leading cross-functional global teams to drive consensus, resolve conflicts, and ensure unified project execution across geographical boundaries.
Qualifications Required

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in financial services, financial planning, or specific financial analysis frameworks.
- Technical familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and financial reporting systems.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO, or equivalent Product Owner certification).
