We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst / Technical Product Owner to join our growing Service Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Q2C, ERP/CRM systems, Agile delivery, enterprise integrations, backlog management, and stakeholder management , along with a good understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, SQL, and data technologies.
Own requirements intake, prioritisation, and backlog management for the Q2C platform.
Manage sprint planning, release planning, testing, deployment, and post-release validation .
Partner with Sales, Commercial, Operations, IT, architecture, development, and vendor teams.
Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear technical solutions.
Conduct technical and design review sessions with architecture, development, and vendor teams.
Drive technical uplift, modernization, performance, security, and integration initiatives .
Support integrations with enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, and Manufacturing Systems .
Define and monitor KPIs covering system performance, adoption, and user satisfaction.
Manage external vendors and partners to ensure quality delivery and effective integration.
Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Senior BA, or IT Product Manager.Strong experience with Quote to Cash (Q2C) or large-scale transactional systems.Experience with ERP, CRM, Web Applications , or enterprise platforms.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and release management .Experience managing enterprise-scale system integrations and APIs .Good understanding of cloud platforms, data technologies, and technical architecture .Intermediate knowledge of SQL for data queries and troubleshooting.Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Monday.com , or similar project management tools.Experience with Power BI and dashboard/reporting is desirable.Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.CSPO/PSPO or equivalent Agile/Product Owner certification is highly desirable. .
