Job Description

Key Responsibilities

** - Capture business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories for developers - Facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders and lead demos for working groups - Maintain and enhance SPRL's strategic data model and support initiatives such as Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) and Business Continuity Management - Handle entitlement models, reference data updates, and change management workflows - Coordinate with other teams for broader operational mapping objectives - Lead and develop a team of 2-3 members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management **

Qualifications Required

** - 5+ years of working experience in international financial institutions or consulting firms - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus, preferably in economics, finance, business, or another analytical discipline - Strong Agile product management experience and familiarity with Jira - Experience with UX tools such as Figma for workflow design and prototyping - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and detail-oriented - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint - Familiarity with SQL and Jira - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and think creatively Morgan Stanley is a global leader in financial services with a commitment to serving clients and communities around the world.
