Partner with compliance and legal teams to incorporate regulatory changes into the product roadmap.
Support HIPAA-compliant workflows and secure handling of protected health information (PHI).
Monitor regulatory changes affecting product functionality and customer requirements.
Customer & Market Engagement
Engage with insurers, TPAs, brokers, employers, implementation teams, and customers to understand evolving market needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
Gather customer feedback and incorporate insights into product improvements.
Role & responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for US Health Insurance capabilities within InsureEdge.
Translate business strategy and customer needs into product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Prioritize features based on customer value, market demand, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Identify opportunities for product innovation, automation, and operational efficiency.
Product Ownership
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for engineering teams.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
Make product decisions balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial priorities. .
