Your field of responsibility You will join us as a Product Owner Omnichannel & Digital Solutions A both challenging and rewarding role as Product Owner with the opportunity to develop new digital solutions in the client channels and product life cycle across all our client segments. Support and lead project delivery in an agile environment and in close cooperation with various business partners, other product owners, the UX team and the IT organizations.Analyze current digital solutions owned, develop business requirements, build and manage backlog and define user journeys and deliver the scope with your IT team in a SCRUM set-up.Responsibility for business project management related tasks such as project planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting for your area of responsibility.Coordinating activities with all relevant stakeholders within the Swiss Universal Bank.End-2-End product ownership incl. technical readiness, sales, marketing readiness, operational readiness, and the relevant partner management within different front organizations with the bank.Your future colleaguesThe opportunity to become part of a highly motivated team of Business Product Owners, focusing on building the new digital offering of wealth planning and digital investment journeys for all clients on our banking platforms based out of Pune, India. Your skills and experienceYou are expected to possess the below must have skills:Minimum 5 -10 years of working experience within a financial institution or a consulting company, preferably with a focus on online banking, digitalization, agile processes, business analysis, process reengineering and/or relevant IT programsExcellent SCRUM product owner knowledge and experience in agile projects is requiredA certification as product owner SCRUM, SAFe or any other project certification (e.g. PMI, Prince, HERMES) is an advantageDeep focus on delivery and hands on ability to critically investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions, make recommendations and implement solutionsKnowledge and experience on digital banking client channels principals is preferredAffinity to build data flows, workflows, UX conceptions and mock upsHigh degree of flexibility and can do attitude, including excellent motivation skillsProactive, pragmatic, solution oriented, and service driven approachStrong analytical capabilities and ability to work energetically towards tight deadlinesKnowledge in JIRA, Confluence, and Invision is a strong advantage.Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
