01Responsibilities
- Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing the OTC strategic roadmap and the releases of features
- Identify customer needs, gather business requirements from global stakeholders and provide guidance on business processes to the team
- Write user stories, own and prioritize the backlog and translate business needs into technical requirements for the scrum team
- Assist in managing the scrum team and sprint planning/execution, working closely with the scrum master
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, timelines and status of requests
- Prioritize and create user stories for prioritized feature enhancements
- Working with other scrum team/product owner to ensure consistency and quality in deployment
- Ensure backlog prioritization is aligned with stakeholder roadmap and strategies
- Primary point of contact for business stakeholders on Order to Cash enhancements
- Collaborate with other OTC Product Owners to prioritize E2E features impacting Salesforce and other integrated systems
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify enhancements that will improve workflow efficiency, output and/or the user experience for users
