Product Business Development PQM (Power Quality & Energy Management - All India)
Mission / Role Summary
Responsible for driving business development of the Power Quality and Energy Management (PQM) portfolio. The role focuses on Business development and quantum impact for growth in business volume, strengthening customer engagement, development of a conducive ecosystem that supports this ambition and enabling effective product positioning in the market for successful growth with profit.
What are my responsibilities in this role
Drive business development for Power Quality and Energy Management products across India Identify & implement measures for growth across business segments ie. Channels, Retail, Panel Builders, End Users Engage with consultants and end-users to promote PQM concepts & solutions Strongly drive & implement favorable specification activities and project discussions to improve conversion rates Provide product application support and technical guidance to internal teams and customers Conduct product trainings, presentations, and customer engagements Support go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities Identify opportunities across key industry segments and support market expansion Collect and share market and customer feedback to improve product offerings Support implementation of quality and compliance processes within the business unit Participate in reviews and ensure adherence to defined operational guidelines

What do I need to qualify for this role
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Relevant experience in low voltage electrical products, preferably in power quality or energy management solutions Understanding of electrical distribution, power quality concepts, and applications, digitalization Experience in business development, sales support, or product management Strong customer engagement and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and cross-functional teams Willingness to travel across India as required
