01Key Responsibilities
Product Sourcing & Development:
Identify and develop new vendors and products that align with company goals
Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies
Vendor Development & Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that benefit the company
Monitor vendor performance and address any quality or delivery issues
Quality Sourcing :
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure vendor compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements :
7-10 years of experience in product sourcing, vendor management, or quality control
Strong industry knowledge and network of vendors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel (up to 25%) for vendor meetings and audits
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Nice to Have :
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM)
