Solid experience with C# / .NET Core / .NET Framework Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server (query writing, debugging, performance tuning) Experience providing L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, backend services, and data layers Experience with incident management and root cause analysis Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and debugging tools Experience working in structured environments with SLAs and KPIs Strong troubleshooting mindset with ability to quickly isolate issues across application and database layers Effective communicator who can collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements .
