Role: Product Support Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai Work from Office
Experience: 4+ Years
Work Model: 247 Rotational Shifts | 9.5-hour shifts
Project: International / Manufacturing Technology Support
What Were Looking For Were ideally looking for someone with a Software Development background who can go beyond basic support and understand the technology behind the product.
You should have:
4+ years of experience in Software Development / Application / Product SupportStrong knowledge of .NET/C#, Java, or similar programming languagesGood hands-on knowledge of SQL & databasesStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExperience with application logs, incident management & root-cause analysisExcellent verbal & written communication skills mandatoryAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced 247 support environment
What Youll Do Provide L1/L2 product & application supportTroubleshoot application and database issuesAnalyse logs and identify root causesWork closely with development and technical teamsSupport deployments, testing & production environmentsManage incidents and ensure SLA-driven resolutionCommunicate with international clients and stakeholdersMaintain technical documentation and knowledge resources
