01Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for Tally software products
- Conduct training sessions online and offline, tailored to various audiences and skill levels
- Create training materials, user guides, and documentation to support learning
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with new product features, releases, and industry developments
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and support to training participants
02Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proven training or teaching experience, preferably in a technical or software context
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel (if required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have:
- Certification in accounting or a related field (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA)
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments in accounting and finance
