Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Production Executive for our Cosmetic Factory in Ahmedabad to manage and optimize the production of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining quality standards, and meeting deadlines in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing operations in the cosmetic factory, focusing on skincare, cosmetics, and oral care production.
Ensure production processes comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company quality standards.
Coordinate with the quality control team to maintain consistency and safety of cosmetic products.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet demand and minimize delays.
Manage raw material stock and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
Supervise and train factory staff to enhance productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Operate and maintain cosmetic manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Track production metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
Support R&D efforts by assisting in the scaling of new skincare and cosmetic formulations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient factory environment per industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in a production role, ideally in a cosmetic factory or similar industry.
Familiarity with cosmetic manufacturing processes and GMP/ISO standards.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage factory operations.
Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address technical challenges.
Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
Experience with cosmetic factory equipment (e.g., mixers, fillers) is an advantage.
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad are preferred.
