We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager with hands-on experience in flexible packaging, slitting, lamination, printing & converting operations to lead our manufacturing floor and ensure world-class execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise daily production operations Optimize machine utilization, throughput, and waste ratios Ensure quality control & compliance with industry standards Coordinate with purchase, QC, maintenance & warehouse teams Implement production schedules, shift planning & KPI tracking Drive continuous improvement, safety & 5S practices Maintain machine performance logs & OEE reporting
Required Expertise
57 years experience in flexible packaging manufacturing Strong knowledge of: BOPP / PET / PE films Slitting & Rewinding machines Lamination & Printing (Rotogravure / Flexo) Packaging quality parameters, GSM & microns Ink adhesion, lamination bond strength, COF, dyne levels Production planning & inventory coordination Manpower management & shop-floor leadership
Technical & Management Skills
Understanding preventive maintenance Strong analytical & problem-solving skills ERP or production tracking systems experience Safety & compliance knowledge
