01Overview
Experience:
Extensive experience in technical support, system administration, or development related to healthcare management systems (on Facets platform).
Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care
Experience with claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management in the healthcare space.
Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.
Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.
Healthcare knowledge (Medicare, Medicaid, insurance terms, etc.) is desirable.
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situation (Major incidents / Application outage)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with Facets is a must.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations is a plus.
- Usage of AI in Application Support

Production Support
.Net & MS tech stack
Strong Comm. Skills - should be able to lead
Provide L2 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows or any other related healthcare applications
- Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
- Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
- Collaborate with L2 support, Dev, and QA teams on hotfixes and releases
- Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks
- Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, versatile shifts)
