01Overview
We are hiring production support Engineer:-
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Mode- 5 Days work from Office
Location- Bangalore
Scripting in Python, Bash or similar language
Working experience in a fast paced production support environment preferably business facing
fintech support preferred
Basic Understanding of Capital markets, order management and downstream processes preferred
Great communication skills
Strong desire to understand the business and self-motivated approach in learning the new systems
Proven ability in doing the extensive production application checkouts ,alert setup and monitoring ,batch-job monitoring in large-scale systems
Ability to think critically ,make decision under pressure during Incident calls , troubleshoot ,resolve and escalate system issues as needed to maintain high availability
Collaborate with Dev Team / QA and Business team to improve system reliability and efficiency
Good experience in writing SQL queries ,Unix commands to troubleshoot and parse production logs
Desired Experience:
Familiarity with i.e writing Slang scripts / raising slang change reviews /troubleshooting slang code base
Knowledge of FIX messaging protocol
Working in equities cash markets and trading systems
Writing C++, Python, Java, Javascript .
