01Overview
Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end milling workflow, including raw paddy intake, cleaning, parboiling (if applicable), dehusking, polishing, color sorting, grading, and packaging. [1, 2]
Quality & Yield Control: Monitor critical metrics like moisture levels, head rice yield, and broken grain percentage to meet commercial standards. [1]
Manpower Management: Assign shift duties, manage floor workers and contract labor, and track daily attendance. [1, 2]
Maintenance Coordination: Work with the technical maintenance team to inspect machinery and resolve breakdowns quickly to reduce downtime. [1, 2]
Safety & Hygiene: Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and floor safety rules. [1]
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of raw material consumption, output yields, and shift performance summaries. [1]
Compensation: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
