Complete ownership of L1 and L2 support
To check/Analyze the transactions and logs and device settlements
Support an DR / drill activities from an application services standpoint
Meeting all SLA requirements
Required Technical Skills :
Knowledge in relational database, Linux, UNIX, Java, C++
Experience in ATM/Retail transaction switching technology
