Production Team Leader

Team Leader Key responsibilities: Managing production assembly lines Assisting their teams to complete orders Preparing reports- Production Report, Inspection Reports, sop check sheet Maintain records and documentation of the entire production process. Maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring employees follow safety regulations and procedures Ensuring that production goals are met by monitoring equipment performance and employee output Supervising a team of workers to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently Ensuring that all materials are available for production through inventory management of raw materials and finished goods Coordinate with other departments to determine the demand for the product. Manage the production process and make sure the final product meets quality standards Ensure the final product is according to customers requirements. Coordinate production workflow for the products with Production Manager and higher management Experience Level Senior Level .
