Responsibilities
Work as a Program Analyst/Project Controller in the Program Management Department.
Perform tasks on Power BI Desktop (basic to advanced): ETL, manage relationships, and create visuals.
Establish logic and primary keys for table relationships in Power BI.
Set up meetings and understand the requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
Perform tasks independently using advanced Power Query steps, DAX formulas, measures, etc.
Be creative in producing visuals and presenting data in a compelling format.
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, proactiveness, and ownership attitude.
Deliver quality and timely deliverables.
Keep track of various dashboards created and their targets.
Execute agiletype tasks within typical program/portfolio structures.
Use advanced Excel and Power BI to carry out project analysis.
Connect various data sources to Power BI (folder, files, SharePoint, Azure, or other databases).
Translate data into meaningful statistics and information through analytical thinking.
Implement rowlevel security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI.
Create and update Power BI procedures specific to the project.
Deploy dashboards and maintain Power BI services for clients within a workspace.
Handle admin activities of the Power BI workspace.
Qualifications
Experience with advanced Power BI.
Power BI certification preferred.
Working knowledge of advanced Excel.
Interest to learn and develop project control capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of project management knowledge areas and planning terminologies.
Ready to work permanently in the 2nd shift (12:30PM 9:00PM) to coordinate with the US office.
