01Responsibilities
Work closely with key US partners supporting the Hyderabad center setup and scaling efforts Establish and manage program governance, cadence, and status reporting Provide visibility into program progress, risks, and key dependencies Lead Hyderabad PMO activities, including regular reviews, tracking, and coordination across teams Partner with business, product, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and progress Support portfolio tracking, prioritization, and capacity alignment within the GCC Help identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies Support execution of cross-functional programs across US and Hyderabad teams Translate business priorities into clear plans, milestones, and delivery tracking Contribute to improving program management practices, execution consistency, and operating rhythm
Experience Required:
1014 years of experience in program / project management or PMO rolesExperience managing cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organizationExposure to global delivery models (USIndia collaboration)Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive executionStrong working knowledge of program governance, tracking, and reporting practicesFamiliarity with Agile / hybrid delivery modelsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions
Nice to have:
Prior experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environmentExposure to Data & Analytics, Digital, or AI programsCertifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe
Education Required:
BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
