Responsibilities
Take very high ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of program initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Contribute to the development and implementation of program strategies.
Identify and address potential risks and challenges in program delivery.
Prepare reports and presentations on program status and progress.
Support the team in various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
0-1 years of experience in program management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to take high ownership and drive tasks to completion.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A passion for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving. .
