Job Purpose Statement:
The Program Manager - Corporate Salary will be responsible for driving the execution, growth, and performance of the Bank's Corporate Salary Program. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, supporting product and business initiatives, monitoring program performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring seamless implementation of corporate salary solutions across geographies. The incumbent will play a critical role in achieving business objectives through effective program management, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement.
Role Details:
Program Execution & Management:
- Execute and manage corporate salary program initiatives in line with business objectives.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely implementation of program deliverables.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
Product & Business Support:
- Support the development and enhancement of corporate salary products and services.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Technology, and Sales teams to ensure successful roll-out of new initiatives.
- Gather market and customer insights to recommend program improvements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology teams.
- Facilitate collaboration across functions to resolve issues and improve program effectiveness.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned program initiatives.
Sales Enablement:
- Support sales teams with product information, presentations, training material, and business updates.
- Track business performance and assist in driving salary account acquisition and activation.
- Ensure effective communication of product features and value propositions.
Customer Experience:
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- Work with relevant teams to enhance onboarding, servicing, and employee engagement experiences.
- Promote a customer-centric approach across all salary program activities.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational controls.
- Monitor compliance requirements related to KYC, AML, data privacy, and customer protection.
- Escalate and mitigate identified risks proactively.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor key business metrics and program KPIs.
- Prepare periodic business performance reports, dashboards, and management reviews.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
Market Intelligence:
- Track industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in the salary banking space.
- Identify opportunities to improve program competitiveness and customer value proposition.
Budget Tracking & Operational Governance:
- Support budgeting and program expense tracking activities.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to approved budgets.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. .
