Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, global transformation programs within the Banking and Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications across multiple countries and business functions
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs.Develop and maintain integrated program plans, ensuring alignment across workstreams and stakeholders.Establish and drive effective governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting.Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams across global locations.Lead stakeholder communication at all levels, including senior executives and business sponsors.Provide regular status updates, program dashboards, and decision-making materials.Ensure delivery milestones, budgets, quality metrics, and business outcomes are achieved.Drive dependency management and coordinate activities across interconnected projects.Support organizational change and adoption activities to ensure successful business implementation.
Required Experience
10+ years of overall Project/Program Management experience.Minimum 5+ years of proven experience managing complex global programs across multiple countries.Demonstrated experience handling large-scale transformation initiatives with significant dependencies.Strong experience in program governance, delivery management, risk management, and executive reporting.Proven ability to independently develop robust delivery plans and execution strategies.Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. .
