Project Analyst - Forensics and Compliance

Process cases as per client scope of work and internal guidelines. Review and understand client-specific requirements for each case before processing. Perform pre-check activities including validation of documents received from clients. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of submitted data and documents. Enter and update case details in the system with a very high level of accuracy and minimal error rate. Identify discrepancies, incomplete data, or missing documents and highlight them for resolution. Maintain defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, RW, Quality, Client Servicing) as per business requirements. Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, and company policies. Duties: Analyze and validate data received for background verification checks. Ensure strict adherence to client scope, guidelines, and SOPs. Work closely with stakeholders to resolve doubts, gaps and discrepancies. Monitor case status and take proactive actions to meet deadlines. Support reporting, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
