Job SummaryThe Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our logistics team. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, executing, and monitoring logistics projects that ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. You will act as the central point of communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
Monitor day-to-day project activities, identifying risks and providing proactive solutions.
Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, transportation, and procurement.
Track project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal staff to maintain strong communication.
Assist in developing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
ExperienceMinimum 23 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
Prior experience working in a logistics firm or fast-paced operational environment preferred.
Knowledge of logistics systems, processes, and industry best practices is a plus.
Working HoursFull-time position (40 hours per week).
Standard office hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
Flexibility required for occasional extended hours or weekends depending on project deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems is desirable.
