How Youll Make an Impact
Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and cash flow for projects.
Support project managers with data-driven financial insights.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and contractual obligations.
Collaborate across departments to align financial objectives.
Drive continuous improvement of project control processes and tools.
Support in strategic planning and implementation of agreed to programs and plans.
Review routine actual cost vs plan on a project-by-project basis.
Serve as a Consultant and Advisor to General Manager and Management Team Members.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assure implementation and use to improve business performance.
Perform analysis and reviews of proposals, performances, and actions within the BU, and recommend next steps.
Assure proper financial reporting as required for the business.
Push continuous improvements and cost reductions.
Ensure coordination and cooperation with stakeholders and Project Teams
Follow and perform duties in accordance with the Hitachi Energy Code of Conduct
Your Background
CA/CMA/MBA Finance with minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a multinational workplace.
Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and planning skills.
Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana Finance
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Power BI and Automation Skills (not mandatory)
