Learn Edchemy software modules & features Understand customer requirements Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and email Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features Learn to configure the requirements in Edchemy software Create training materials & train the users Maintain customer satisfaction & build strong relationships with customers Conduct Monthly and Quarterly review meetings with customers Meet regularly with clients to discuss issues and progress on the project Create implementation documents and share with stakeholders Design the layout of reports or other documents to meet client specifications Manage internal team and coordination among other functional teams
