About the role: The Project Lead will drive delivery of strategic initiatives within the CFS Business Management Projects Team, including transformation programs, governance frameworks, and operational improvement initiatives. The role partners with global stakeholders to ensure effective execution, reporting, and alignment to business priorities across regions Responsibilities Your Role: Lead end-to-end delivery of business management and transformation projects across global locations Drive governance, reporting, and executive dashboards for portfolio visibility Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely escalations Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, finance, and leadership teams Support resource planning, capacity tracking, and demand-supply alignment Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and decision-making materials Manage change initiatives impacting processes, systems, and teams Lead and mentor junior project resources where applicable Manage pipeline and Capacity for transition reporting including escalations and issues/risk management for near shore or offshore global delivery location. Plan and manage due diligence or assessment study to identify scope of work. Identify resource and infrastructural requirements and resource capacity for specific delivery locations to support seamless capacity management. Maintain and report meeting minutes and documentation Identify key risks, mitigation plan and owners, categorize and prioritize & agree on mitigation/action plan Engage & Communicate: Engage Right Stakeholders to raise risk, report & Proactively Communicate Schedule periodic status calls and prepare status reports and roll out in a timely manner Identifies and manages change against the transition scope, Timeline and budget Effectively manage, coordinate and conduct meetings/conference calls Managing a team of project coordinators as may be required Qualifications About You: Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Project Management 8+ years of experience, with strong exposure to project management, business transformation, or PMO environments (financial services preferred) Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince II), is a plus Ability to travel on business requirement, as required Should be willing to relocate or work out of different global delivery locations, as required Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Expertise in project governance, reporting, and PMO frameworks Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Smartsheet Knowledge preferred) Problem solving and analytical thinking Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines Leadership and team management capability Our Benefits Your wellbeing is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
