Project Management Compliance and Regulatory (Bangalore Division)

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Compliance & Regulatory initiatives across Retail KYC, Customer Onboarding, and CDD programs. This includes managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. You will drive delivery using Agile / hybrid methodologies, with a strong hands-on usage of Jira/Confluence for planning, tracking, and reporting. Engaging and managing senior stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Business teams will be a key part of your role. You will also need to coordinate delivery across global and multi-market teams, ensuring alignment with regional regulatory requirements. Additionally, preparing and presenting governance materials including status reports, dashboards, steering committee packs, and risk escalations will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit requirements is essential. Proactively identifying delivery risks and implementing mitigation strategies, as well as supporting regulatory change readiness, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization, are also crucial aspects of the role. Qualifications required for this position include: - Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Compliance & Regulatory (C&R) initiatives within financial services - Strong domain expertise in Retail Banking KYC, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) - Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale delivery projects in complex, regulated environments - Advanced Jira/Confluence skills (project setup, sprint planning, tracking, reporting, dashboards) - Strong ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology - Experience working in a global delivery / multi-market operating model - Excellent communication, presentation, and governance skills - Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities Preferred Experience: - Prior experience working with or on HSBC programs or systems - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Protected) is preferred For more details and to apply for this position, please contact 7995831110.
