Project Management Compliance and Regulatory (Delhi)

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Compliance & Regulatory initiatives across Retail KYC, Customer Onboarding, and CDD programs. Your role will involve managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. You will drive delivery using Agile/hybrid methodologies and will utilize Jira/Confluence for planning, tracking, and reporting. Additionally, you will engage and manage senior stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Business teams, ensuring alignment with regional regulatory requirements.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Compliance & Regulatory initiatives - Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies - Drive delivery using Agile/hybrid methodologies and utilize Jira/Confluence - Engage and manage senior stakeholders across different teams - Coordinate delivery across global and multi-market teams - Prepare and present governance materials including status reports, dashboards, steering committee packs, and risk escalations - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit requirements - Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies - Support regulatory change readiness, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization Qualification Required: - Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Compliance & Regulatory initiatives within financial services - Strong domain expertise in Retail Banking KYC, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) - Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects in complex, regulated environments - Advanced Jira/Confluence skills - Strong ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders - Experience working in a global delivery/multi-market operating model - Excellent communication, presentation, and governance skills - Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities Additional Details: You may have a preferred experience with HSBC programs or systems and possess a Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe).
