Project Manager/ Business Analyst Experience Required: 38 years Location - Remote Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 38 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze processes, and support project delivery to help drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. **Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across departments Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams Support UAT by creating test cases and validating outcomes Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to align on requirements and priorities Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays proactively Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects Manage project risk, issues, and change requests, escalating where necessary Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Ensure resource availability and allocation across concurrent projects Report project status, milestones, and risks to management and stakeholders Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for process improvement **Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field 38 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirement-gathering techniques Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis tools is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred Preferred Attributes Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally .
