Overview
As a Project Manager in this role, you will work closely with the Program Manager/Director on assigned projects, taking ownership of end-to-end project management. You will collaborate with senior leadership to identify and execute enterprise-level initiatives and projects. Your responsibilities will include driving the execution of problem statements, conducting data analysis, interpreting results, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing presentations, analyzing data in Excel to identify cost savings, and working with clients for approvals and implementation of problem statements that convert into enterprise-level projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategically aligning the business vision and objectives with projects initiated in different departments
- Managing the project/program governance framework
- Facilitating seamless communication flow from top to bottom and vice versa for the smooth execution of projects at the project/program and enterprise levels
- Using reason and logic to make a compelling case
Qualifications required for this role:
- Minimum 4 years of core consultancy and project management experience throughout the lifecycle
- PMP certification or equivalent training
- Expertise in US Healthcare management and insurance industry
- Experience in consultancy/business development with project management
- Background as a Healthcare Business Analyst
- Ability to work independently with minimal support and supervision
- Strong leadership and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to analyze and visualize data, extract insights, and share them across various departments
- Capability to manage provided data and transform it into actionable information
Please note that this position is a Project Manager role specifically focusing on US Healthcare. The work model is hybrid, and the work shift is from 3 PM to 12 AM. Candidates with a background primarily limited to operations or process management will not be considered for this opening.
