Overview
As a Project Manager in this role, your key responsibility will be to work closely with the Program Manager/Director on assigned projects, owning end-to-end project management. You will be more of a Business PM, collaborating with senior leadership to identify and execute enterprise-level initiatives & projects. Your tasks will include driving the end-to-end execution of problem statements, such as data analysis, interpretations, solutioning, stakeholder coordination, presentation preparations, excel-based analysis for cost savings identification, and working with clients for approvals/implementation of problem statements that convert into Enterprise-level projects.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Strategically aligning the business vision and objectives with initiated projects in different departments.
- Managing the project/program governance framework.
- Facilitating seamless communication flow from Top to Bottom and vice versa for the smooth execution of projects at Project/Program & Enterprise levels.
- Drawing on reason and logic in making a case.
Qualifications required for this role are:
- Minimum 4 years of core consultancy & project management end-to-end life cycle experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent training.
- Healthcare Management, Insurance industry business, and operational knowledge.
- Consultancy/BD Experience with project management.
- Healthcare Business Analyst background.
- Ability to work independently with minimal support & supervision.
- Robust Leadership skills along with Planning skills.
- Problem Management and Resolution expertise.
Please note that this position requires expertise in US Healthcare and the work model is Hybrid with a work shift from 3 PM to 12 AM. Candidates with experience primarily limited to operations or process management will not be considered for this specific opening.
