Project Manager-Internal

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects within BFSI & Lending domain. The role focuses on planning, execution, client coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

1. Project Delivery Management Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Create project plans, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations. 2. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related communication. Conduct regular status updates, governance meetings, and progress reviews. Ensure transparency and alignment on deliverables, timelines, and risks. 3. Team Coordination & Leadership Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, and Business Analysts. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure effective collaboration. Support team development and foster a high-performance work environment. 4. Financial & Resource Management Track project budgets, Revenue, P&L effort estimates, and resource utilization. Experience in handling Fixed-Price and/or T&M projects. 5. Contract & Scope Management Ensure adherence to project scope and Statement of Work (SoW). Identify and manage scope changes with proper approvals. Support commercial discussions related to change requests. 6. BFSI /Lending Domain Understanding Apply domain knowledge in banking, lending to project execution. Ensure alignment with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of experience in IT project management (preferably experienced in software implementation or Change request projects). Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale projects and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in BFSI /Lending domain (Banking, Lending, LOS, preferred). Good understanding of project financials, budgeting, and resource planning. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, or similar tools). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in handling Fixed-Price and/or T&M projects. .
