Project Manager - Domestic Operations

We partner with some of the world's leading retailers and brands, manufacturing high-quality cookware, kitchen tools, bakeware, barware, and other stainless steel products for customers across North America, Europe, and other international markets. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Domestic Operations to join our team. The Role- As a Project Manager Domestic Operations, you will be responsible for managing customer projects from order confirmation through final dispatch. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, delivered on time, and meet the highest quality standards. Some responsibilities- Manage assigned customer projects from order confirmation to dispatch. Coordinate customer requirements, specifications, artwork, and approvals. Manage sampling and new product development activities. Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely execution. Work closely with procurement, quality, production, packaging, and dispatch teams. Track project timelines and proactively resolve delays. Ensure customer-specific packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements are met. Provide customers with regular updates on project progress. Maintain project documentation and order status reports. Build strong relationships with assigned customers through excellent execution and communication. Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field. 710 years of experience, preferably in the stainless steel cookware and kitchenware industry. Experience in project management, customer coordination, merchandising, or manufacturing operations. What we need- Strong project management and organizational skills.
