Role Summary
Owns execution of modular kitchen & wardrobe projects from design sign-off through installation and handover production coordination, site supervision, quality control, and timeline ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Convert finalized designs into production work orders with factory/OEM partners
Track production timelines and material readiness, flagging risks early
Plan and supervise in office installation, coordinating carpenters, fitters, and vendors
Conduct quality checks at each stage of execution against the approved design
Own project timelines end-to-end and proactively flag delays to the Store Manager and client
Handle in office client queries and drive snag-list closure to final handover
Coordinate procurement of hardware and accessories with vendors and the Store Manager
Maintain an up-to-date project execution tracker covering status, timelines, and handover dates
KPI Focus Areas (Activity-Based)
On-Time Completion- Share of projects handed over within the committed timeline
Snag Closure- Post-installation snag lists closed within an agreed number of days
Site Visit Cadence- Active projects visited on a consistent, documented schedule
Client Handover Experience- Clean, documented handovers with client sign-off
Production Coordination- Delays or mismatches with factory/OEM partners caught and resolved early
Tracker Discipline- Execution tracker kept current for every live project, no stale entries
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Civil/Interior/Mechanical or equivalent; 46 years in modular furniture or interior execution and site management.
Skills & Competencies
Site supervision, vendor and production coordination, project scheduling, hands-on problem-solving, and calm client communication under pressure.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
