01Responsibilities
Project Planning, Budgeting & Scheduling of Residential & Commercial real estate.
Manage and Report on Scope, Timelines & Budget.
Manage Design engineering.
Interview, Shortlist and hire the right 3rd party contractors and consultants.
- Align product design with market feasibility of product & Pricing
Drive the consultants to get all required permits & approvals for the project.
Candidate Preferred Profile:
- 10 - 15 years construction related experience
- English Speaking and Written skills should be effective
- Prior experience facing US clients would get preference.
- Problem resolving skills with positive analytical skills.
- Quick learner with good communication skills.
- Budget, Scope, Timeline or Vendor Management experience will be a plus.
- Experience in US Real Estate will be an added advantage.
- NICMAR in Project Management or RICS will have an added advantage.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
