Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Intelligent Automation programs, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams.
- Manage project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, budgeting, and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap analysis. Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Create Business Requirement Documents BRDs, Functional Requirement Documents FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver automation solutions using industry best practices.
- Drive Agile project execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
- Support AI-led transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation to enhance business processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 to 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of Project/Program Management in Automation.
- Proven experience managing Automation Programs for US-based CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience managing Agile projects using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working directly with US business teams.
- Experience in project governance, delivery management, resource planning, risk management, and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Quick Base tool knowledge will be extra advance in the selection criteria .
- Experience with Quickbase is highly desirable.
- Understanding of AI Transformation Strategy, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilot, and Intelligent Document Processing, with the ability to identify and drive AI adoption opportunities.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage. .
