Skill: Project Manager (RPA Automation) Work location: Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad Exp : Min 8+ Np: Immediate preferred.
Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of Project/Program Management in Automation.
Proven experience managing Automation Programs for US-based CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients.
Robust understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
Hands-on experience managing Agile projects using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working directly with US business teams.
Experience in project governance, delivery management, resource planning, risk management, and reporting.
Preferred Skills - Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Quick
Base tool knowledge will be extra advance in the selection criteria .
Experience with Quickbase is highly desirable.
Understanding of AI Transformation Strategy, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilot, and Intelligent Document Processing, with the ability to identify and drive AI adoption prospects.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage. .
