Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 70,000 per month Job Description We are hiring a Project Manager - HVAC Projects for a reputed HVAC/Engineering company based in West Mogappair, Chennai. The role involves end-to-end handling of HVAC projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC projects
Site Management: Oversee HVAC installation, ducting, piping, testing & commissioning at project sites
Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, BOQ, billing, and cost variance
Team Leadership: Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Ensure productivity and safety
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to HVAC standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, MOMs, RFIs, and project closure documents Requirements Experience: 10-15 years in HVAC Project Management.
Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC projects is a must
Education: B.E / http://B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, HVAC drawings, estimation, project scheduling tools, and MS Office
Other: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to manage multiple sites in Chennai What We Offer Salary: Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 70,000 per month
