Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) We're looking for professionals who have experience in: Managing enterprise customer relationships in IT Infrastructure environment Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Engagement NOC, SOC, Networking, Managed Services, Cloud, or Cyber Security domains Driving customer onboarding, service adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction Conducting customer reviews, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams Working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders Preferred Background:
