We are looking for: Project Manager Internal - Project Planner and Scheduler
Youll make an impact by:
Supporting project managers to plan projects during the execution phase by translating the scope and converting it into a Schedule with the needed resourcing plan Create project schedules that outline milestones, tasks, timelines, critical path and resources for all projects Collaborate with relevant functions to accurately forecast the resources needed for each project Create project scenarios, Identify and communicate potential risks and support the development of mitigation strategies Continuously support Project Managers / Support teams to help them maintain project schedules throughout the execution phase Maintained structured documentation and progress tracking to support smooth execution in a fastchanging, highpressure environment. Responsible for monitoring schedules, S-curves & histogram, which helps facilitate Management and project management team to review and track progress to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within established timelines Develop and continuously improve planning processes, approaches, and tools. Use your skills to move the world forward!
BTech/ degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in creating plan, scheduling, monitoring and supporting project planning within Data center, offshore/ construction environment.
Advanced proficiency with planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Planview,).
Certification in Primavera P6 Project Management (preferred)
Advanced excel skills.
Power BI skills is a plus
Knowledge of planning methodologies, project management and sales processes.
Basic understanding of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction work processes.
Professional verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
